Terms and Conditions
For therapy sessions
This notice was last updated on: 27 May 2026
Getting started / What to expect
The first step is to have a 15 minute online consultation with me so I can find out more about you, what you would like to achieve with therapy and for you to decide if I am the right therapist for you.
Following the consultation, if you would like to proceed, I will send over my agreement for you to sign. It will consist of the agreement and a short questionnaire for you to fill in before the first session.
During the consultation we may agree on a date and time for the first session or this may be done via email.
Please allow up to 1.5 hours for the first session. All sessions thereafter are 1 hour.
