Terms and Conditions

For packages

Getting Started

To order a package, you will need to start with a 15 minute online consultation so I can find out where you are with your business and what package would suit you the best.

Payment

  • It is assumed that you are a business and therefore the cooling off period does not apply.
  • Payment is required on a monthly basis at the beginning of each month. An invoice will be sent at the beginning of each month with instructions on how to pay.
  • Any additional credits accrued during the month will be invoiced separately at the end of the month.
  • Payment can be via bank transfer or Stripe.
  • Payments adhere to GDPR more information can be found in my privacy policy

Duration of the package

  • A minimum of 3 months is required at the start of working with me to allow for all the work stated in the statement of work to be completed.
  • Once the 3 months is up, you are welcome to continue working with me on a rolling contract or cancel.
  • At any time during the 3 months or on a rolling contract you can go up to the next package (if applicable) providing you give 30 days notice.
  • If at any point you need to freeze your package, then please let me know as soon as possible and this can be arranged. If payment has already been made then the freeze will take effect in the following month.

Credits

Credits within a package or extras cannot be rolled over to the next month.

Wellness credits can be either 1 hour of hypnotherapy or half hour sessions of Thought Field Therapy (aka tapping).

Tech credits cover any work such as and not limited to:

  • Setting up Google Workspace including emails
  • Setting up an online form
  • Setting up an event process including online forms, uploading insurance and email groups
  • Email automations
  • Website audits
  • Website amendments
  • GDPR guidance & signposting
  • Setting up booking systems
  • Advice on what technology would suit you and your business

Wellness credits cover any issues relating to you and your business such as:

  • Anxiety
  • Stress management
  • Pacing
  • Overwhelm
  • Imposter syndrome
  • Decision making
  • Public speaking
  • Networking

Wellness credits do not cover long term issues such as trauma, CPTSD, chronic pain etc. For these types of issues I recommend the individual wellbeing boost therapy sessions where we can focus on reframing and releasing these issues across multiple sessions.

Cancellation

To cancel a package, you must give 30 days notice in writing via email.

Avaliability

I am generally available during normal business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm UK time, excluding UK public and bank holidays.

If I am unavailable due to planned leave during an active package, you will be notified with a minimum of 2 weeks notice.

I do not offer out-of-hours support. Out-of-hours is defined as any time outside the hours of Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm UK time, excluding UK public and bank holidays.

Working with me

All allocated time slots per package are at my discretion. I will let you know in advance when these will be.

Where feasible I will try my best to fit to your schedule if there is a required deadline.

If you have a specific deadline attached to a piece of work, please let me know as soon as possible with advanced warning so I can schedule it in for you. If you do not give sufficient notice, then I am not liable for missed deadlines.

Behaviour

Behaviour by the client, which is deemed to be antisocial, will cause the immediate cessation of the package. Refunds in this situation are outlined in the service agreement.

Intellectual Property

Any freebies, email content, hypnotherapy audios etc that are shared by Veda Coda Therapy are my own intellectual property. You cannot record or distribute them unless you purchase them from me directly.

The full list of intellectual property terms can be found in the service agreement that you will be able to sign once you have signed up to a package.

Liability

  • It is your responsibility to make sure that all copy and assets are provided at your earliest convenience.
  • It is your responsibility to make sure that you have all the necessary account details before work commences and that you are available or have let me know when you are available to be contacted in case of any queries regarding the work.
  • All other liability terms can be found in the service agreement once you have selected a package and wish to proceed with the work.

Data & Privacy

My privacy policy includes all data collected for all my services.

Applicable law

If you are a consumer, please note that these terms of use, its subject matter and its formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree to that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

If you are a business, these terms of use, its subject matter and its formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
