For digital downloads

This policy outlines the copyright and intellectual property rights of all digital downloads, whether purchased or as a giveaway/freebie.

Free digital content

Any digital download that is free of charge is excluded from your statutory rights except in the case of if the free download was faulty.

Once downloaded, you waive your right to the 14 day cooling off period, but in the case of a free digital download this is excempt.

Paid digital content

I currently do not sell any digital content on this website.

Intellectual Property

Any audios/scripts created and used in my classes, therapy sessions and any freebies/giveaways are my own intellectual property. You cannot record or distribute them unless you purchase them from me directly.

Liability

I will not be liable for loss, damage or delay caused by the downloaded content.

Viruses

We do not guarantee that our downloads will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.

You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform in order to access our site. You should use your own virus protection software.

Applicable law

If you are a consumer, please note that these terms of use, its subject matter and its formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree to that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

If you are a business, these terms of use, its subject matter and its formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
