What's a rubber duck got to do with anything?

Whilst sitting at a table chatting with a friend over coffee it all starts to feel a bit too real. You committed to running an event or online programme that you have been telling your friends about on repeat for ages, but it's now starting to feel overwhelming.

It feels like such a big task to get up and running and you just don't know where to start or perhaps you could use some additional motivation?.

When I was working in the tech industry and we had a problem we couldn't figure out, we asked a colleague to "rubber duck it".
