What is The Unwind Hour?

The Unwind Hour is a hypno-relaxation group for women, created to help you gently calm your nervous system and reconnect with a sense of ease. Each session is soothing, informal, and quietly powerful — blending:

  • Hypnotherapy for deep relaxation
  • Thought Field Therapy (TFT) tapping to release stress
  • Guided meditation to settle body and mind

No pressure. No performance. Just space to breathe.

Who is it for?

These sessions are especially supportive if you:

  • Feel constantly stressed or anxious
  • Struggle to switch off or sleep well
  • Live with chronic pain or tension
  • Find it hard to relax, even when you have time
